Recently added to our website are the Panel Inserts. Not a completely new idea as we have been manufacturing and selling these to the industry for a number of years, mostly for export to the USA. However, we are finding more and more customers in Europe who would also benefit from adding our activities to their own panels and products, there is also a potential for some UK companies to do the same, so we thought it was time to offer them out in general.Panel Inserts are the ideal solution for those customers who machine their own HDPE panels or work with other materials such as timber and HPL.
Alternatively, you could have an existing structure such as a truck, ship or car that you could easily add extra play value to by adding an electronic sound dashboard for example.
We supply the Panel Insert assembled or part assembled, depending on the insert required and along with it a CAD drawing of the aperture and fastener points required in the host panel, all you have to do is offer the insert into the panel and attach it in place with security fasteners, we can even supply these for you if you wish!
